BRIDGEInnovations
Our Story

AI built from inside the operatory

Bridge Innovations was founded by a practicing dentist who got tired of waiting for the technology industry to understand dentistry — and built it herself.

Our Mission

Artificial intelligence is transforming every sector of healthcare. Dental practices — which operate at the intersection of clinical care and small business — have been underserved by that transformation. Bridge Innovations exists to change that.

We build AI tools purpose-made for dentistry: designed from clinical experience, not guesswork. Every product we ship is reviewed by a practicing dentist before it reaches a single patient or staff member.

Clinical-First

Every product decision is made by someone who has sat in the operatory, managed a front desk, and handled insurance — not just shipped software.

HIPAA-Native

Security and compliance are built into every product from day one — not added later. End-to-end encryption, SOC 2 Type II, and BAA signing as standard.

Built to Last

We build deep integrations, not workarounds. Our products grow with your practice and improve over time through continuous AI learning.

From the Founder

Dr. Malvika Singh, DMD

“I built Bridge Innovations because the problems I saw in my practice — missed calls, language barriers, manual reconciliation, lost institutional knowledge — were solvable. They just needed someone who understood dentistry deeply enough to solve them right.”

Dr. Malvika Singh has been practicing dentistry for over 10 years. As the owner of a thriving multi-chair practice, she experienced firsthand the operational challenges that slow dental practices down — not as an outside observer, but as someone managing them daily.

After finding that no existing technology product understood dentistry at a clinical level, she partnered with a team of AI engineers to build Bridge Innovations from the ground up — a platform of AI tools designed specifically for the way dental practices work.

Today she continues to practice dentistry while leading Bridge Innovations, ensuring that every product decision is grounded in real clinical and operational experience.
